About Jade J. Lee
A founder-led practice, shaped by experience
Jade first came to Australia in 2008 as an international student and later chose to make it her home. That experience shaped the perspective she now brings to her practice. She understands that an immigration matter is rarely only about a visa; it may affect a person's education, career, business, family or long-term plans.
Jade has worked in the Australian immigration field since 2013. Her practice covers partner and family visas, employer-sponsored and skilled migration, temporary visas and citizenship, together with complex matters involving refusals, cancellations, health, character and reviews.
Before founding Jade Immigration Lawyers in 2024, Jade practised immigration law at firms in Sydney. Today, she works directly with each client from initial advice through to completion, with close attention to the law, evidence, timing and the circumstances that shape the advice.
