A HAP ID is a unique health identifier generated after submitting your health declaration in ImmiAccount. It’s required to book your medical exam through Bupa.
Go to Bupa Medical Visa Services, enter your HAP ID, and choose a clinic and date. Your results will be sent directly to the Department of Home Affairs.
