Application Steps

  1. Check if your occupation is eligible
    Use the official SA Skilled List.
  2. Submit EOI on SkillSelect
    List SA as your first preference, and claim your points.
  3. Registration of Interest (ROI) or EOI only (offshore)
    Graduates, employed, and regional streams must lodge ROI via
  4. State invitation
    Invitations issued weekly/monthly until quotas fill.
  5. State nomination application
    Upload required documents and pay application fee (A$370 as at July 2025).
  6. Visa lodgement with Home Affairs
    Lodge within 60 days after nomination approval.
